Keeps On Washing. Dependable design

It is very similar to our previous units at our other house that we have done an average of two loads a day for the past 10 years. Just know it is is a front door washing machine that the door needs to be left open to dry when not in use and do not leave loads sitting for more than a few hours before moving to the dryer. Unbalance Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're coming from a Samsung and have had this unit since 2024. It does a poor job on towels. Often very stiff. The unit continually stops due to 'unbalanced' issues. You need to constantly rearrange the sopping wet clothes and run a drain cycle. The frequency of this has us shopping for a new machine after just a little over a year of ownership. It occurs on large or small loads. Very disappointed.

Liking our first Front Loader

Great product chosen due to ADA compliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Product. The loss of a star is due to the lack of a riser that is 7" in height to fit this. Many renters have built in shelves they cannot alter making pedestals unavailable. We have an ADA compliant apartment and now a washer & dryer that are uncomfortably low to the ground but workable.

Our old maytag door was metal and glass and this new one is plastic. That was disappointing to me. But otherwise functions well and seems to do its job just fine. Sound for was complete too quiet

Nice machine

It does have a strange humming sound that continues after the end of the cycle. I plan to have this issue looked at because it doesn't stop until I open the door.
