Lowe's Doesn't Stand Behind their Sales
Would Not RecommendPaid Lowe's for delivery and install. Discovered a leak from underneath the washer after 4 days. Lowe's would not fix or replace because it was past 48 hours. I paid cash rather than using a Lowe's credit card otherwise they would have fixed up to 30 days. So I was penalized for using cash. Stuck with my new broken $1000 washer and trying to get LG to fix during the holidays with family in from out of town.

Would RecommendIt’s extremely high class washer, but easy to use. I’ve heard front loaders now I have purchased one that there may be mold and a bad smell issue. I hope not!

Beautiful washer...does a good job cleaning clothes. With it being a smart machine, I expected more customization. I am returning it because it does not fit in my laundry closet without the doors on. There were dryer settings I did not care for (could not set low temp unless it is on a timed dry.
