Would RecommendThe washer is very nice - quiet with lots of features and easy to use. The delivery process, however, did not go so smoothly. Leaving comments about the customer’s availability in the order’s comment field is not seen by the delivery team. Hence, the first attempt to deliver was done when I was unavailable to accept the products.

Long wash times, VERY wrinkly clothes come out
Between moving and buying new, this is my eighth washing machine. It does a decent job of cleaning, but the towel and sheet settings take a ridiculously long time relative to washers I have owned recently. At least I can program my own, but that is pain to need to do every time. The permanent press cycle claims to reduce wrinkles. No way! It's okay.
The biggest flaw is the absence of an internal water heater. I already had to turn up the water. heater from 120F to 140F to get my cotton garments clean and frankly it would need to be 158F. Thus $$$ on extra electric bill. My previous machine had an internal heater and it's a totally different story. Clothes consisently smell moldy
Would Not RecommendThis washer was great for like the first three months. We bought in July of 2024. It's been a huge disappointment sense. Clothes keep coming out smelling moldy. We've are draining the tubing in the bottom left corner weekly. We clean the ring the best we can.
