I couldn't be more pleased about Lowe's next day delivery option for appliances. Originally I had ordered on-line directly from LG.. with a delivery date in 4 days. LG representative that this was only an estimate. I cancelled order with LG and looked at Lowe's . They had inventory that can be delivered and installed the next day. Awesome. All went perfect. Need a Deep Fill Option

As they say the proof is in the pudding. While I do believe this washer is well built, the government EPA requirements are causing issues with performance. I don't believe there is enough water in use at any part of the washing cycle. The washer seems to constantly adjust adding more water and I get that is part of the process but really taking 10-15 minutes to do this? I have been told various times that we only should be using 2 tablespoons of detergent. All of my clothes smell with BO after ...

Great washer overall

Washer is super quiet. I have only had it for a few weeks but it seems to wash well. The app on my phone notifies me when the laundry is done. What I don’t like is the dial button for cycle selection. It is not very intuitive. On my old LG it was very easy to select prewash, extra rinse, etc.

Amazing Washer—Easy to use and the clothes come out incredibly clean

Defective out of the box

Can't recommend. First use it kept filling with water during wash cycle until water was more that halfway up the door / window and water running out of the door. No spin only cycle loaded in the initial (10) cycle list. Not intuitive on how to run pump only and reduce water level. Water running out on new addition floor and into basement. Trial run the next day, same thing - water filling up continuously until running out the door. I've had front loaders for 30 years, never had a problem.
