We purchased this machine. Within a week the rubber inside the washing machine was leaking. I have contacted LG to discuss. They returned one one call ,but then never followed up or did anything to fix the problem.

Don’t purchase a washer and dryer from Lowes

Clothes consisently smell moldy

This washer was great for like the first three months. We bought in July of 2024. It's been a huge disappointment sense. Clothes keep coming out smelling moldy. We've are draining the tubing in the bottom left corner weekly. We clean the ring the best we can. We've done white vinegar washes with no clothes in it, chlorox washes, and still, clothes don't smell good. We use ALL free and clear. Need a Deep Fill Option

As they say the proof is in the pudding. While I do believe this washer is well built, the government EPA requirements are causing issues with performance. I don't believe there is enough water in use at any part of the washing cycle. The biggest flaw is the absence of an internal water heater. I already had to turn up the water. heater from 120F to 140F to get my cotton garments clean and frankly it would need to be 158F. Thus $$$ on extra electric bill. My previous machine had an internal heater and it's a totally different story.
