[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is great for large loads, easy to clean, and the notifications are accurate when completed. The notifications pop up easily on your phone and television. I have a newborn so, we are constantly doing laundry. Works well with delicates because we have not had any issues with the washer ripping any of our clothes or sheets. I highly recommend !

Love my washer n dryer!

So far I have 1.5 yrs with the machine and I am so happy I got them. I was a little hesitant at first to get a front load, but so far it works super nicely and haven’t had a bad smell problem at all, but I do wipe it out after each use, just to remove water excess. I had a small issue that gave me an error but LG was so quick to respond and send a technician who was super helpful and fix the problem. Thank you LG for making my life easier.

Still happy with washer after 21/2 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this W/D set when I moved into a new house in 2019. I have had front load washers for years and really like these LG models. I don't have a problem with the dark display panel - the settings are pre-programmed for the wash cycle you select. I think I have only had to adjust the temp or spin speed once or twice in over 2 years. What I like best is that the clothes come out loose - not twisted together like most top loads. Not sure ...

Consistent and Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG washer for about 6 months and am very happy with it. It's easy to use, has multiple options to insure clean clothes at the right temperature, agitation, and length of washing. Only drawback is that it is difficult to read the darkened selection panel.

Nice washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have no complaints about the washer. Just took some time for me to re-learn the detergent amounts as we were coming from a regular washing machine to this high efficiency one. I didn’t think the pedestals were necessary until it was time to get the clothes out! I did have an issue right after the first year with the drain motor going bad but I have an extra year warranty from the store I purchased the set from.

Saves Water

The old one that was only 7 years old had an issue and our water bill rose by close ot $ 100 per month. This new model has lowered our water bills tremendously. Still have not been able to figiure out how to use the Wifi.

Works well but WiFi does not consistently work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One year old, does a good job washing the clothes. You have to Make sure to dry the rubber seal out after each use so it does not develop mold. The WiFi worked for awhile, then stopped. Cannot get it to reconnect to my network. I looked online and this seems to be a common issue. I will mostly have the wLAN card replaced and see what happens

Has a lot of features!

Save the aggravation - don’t buy this model

We’ve owned it for 2 years and have already had 2 major repairs for the same problem,…replacing the direct drive motor. Greta for Environment

Sometimes the clothes come out dry

Of course, with a 12 month warranty something would happen in the 13th month. Will not connect to internet, can't find router in the error code. Which means I can't download cycles or get maintenance reminders. Nor check ThinQ for end of cycle. Sometime I have to wash the clothes twice because they come out of the washer as dry as when they went in. How do you adjust the water level? It shakes and vibrates really hard so it won't stay in place, I have to constantly reposition it, and it's not...

Wet Clothes!!

We have had a problem with the washer not emptying fully after spinning. Some of the clothes remain in the bin soaking and a puddle is always left behind. We have had numerous techs to the house, all with different solutions, and nothing has worked. HELP!!!

Love the steam functions

Efficient cleaning, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned machine for 11 months. Efficient cleaning, but machine is noisier than past machines and very prone to vibration. We had 2 service calls and the vibration is better but still more than our previous washers.
