Unreliable and hard to get repaired

Less tha two months after I purchased my washer had a complete electrical failure. Took two weeks to get repaired. Within a month one of the water dispenser stopped working. 8 months later I’m still trying to get it repaired.

I bought this washer September of 2020, it has been leaking since December, 5 attempts to repair the washer have been unsuccessful and now it also doesn’t fully spin .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the performance, until the water inlet valve failed. Repair work is on hold waiting for a replacement valve. Two weeks have now passed since the problem occurred. I have been notified that the art is on its way.

Don't believe the good reviews--read this

Those who wrote the good reviews don't know what they are missing. Why did they design a washer that needs sewage regularly emptied from it--and the smell of it makes you feel sick--and I didn't need to empty sewage from it with my old Kenmore Elite washer. Do yourself a favor and buy a washer that doesn't need the sewage emptied from it. Who decided for us that we should have to wait for the dial to be ready for us to turn it to our selection, instead of just pushing a button for our selection,...

Great Washer!

Fantastic Washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy so far with the setup. It was a huge upgrade over my old Washer / Dryer. The unit runs very quiet and is easy to operate. I have them in a stacked configuration and the look is just phenomenal. The Wifi features I thought would not be that useful, but are great for reminders (push notifications) when your load is done. Drying performance is quick and effective.

I spent a lot of money on my washer and dryer. Having issues and LG offered to have someone come out, and I pay for it. I have owned them for only 13 months.

DO NOT BUY

Cheap product at such an expensive price. Washer door only swings left but dryer is switchable. Terrible design. I would never recomend this washer to anyone.
