Hate it

Bought this set used when we bought our house. It's barely a year old. I'm not fond of HE washers, as I had one and hated it (ruined my clothes, never got them clean, etc). But the laundry room in this house was specifically designed for this set. A top load washer won't fit. So I wanted to give it a chance. Maybe they've improved. Cleans and saves you money

Great washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm handicap, I had a top load before but being in a wheelchair it's like a thousand times easier loading and unloading. We also purchased the front loading dryer. Life is easier with front loading machines.

Quiet and very efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine is unbelievably quiet and well balanced in operation. It appears to be very efficient in the use of water and electricity. Initially I didn't think much of the WiFi connectivity feature but have become to really appreciate it to monitor usage and any issues that arise in our vacation home while being rented.

Great performance and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washing machine in December 2020 and it has performed very well. Used to have a top loader and it did not allow for the large loads as this front loader does. Only issue that we had was an issue with the wifi card on the machine that went bad after 7 months. Was able to get it replaced by LG under warranty. But aside from that, have been pretty happy with it.

Nice Machine with great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine itself it’s great for our household, the features are nice and convenient. The only thing that I have learned to manipulate is leaving the main door open after each wash and drying the rubber seal since it gets filled with water.

Failure within 2 year

Thankfully or maybe a curse I bought a 3 yr warranty and now struggling to get this cube in my basement working. If I could get paid out for my purchase price i would definitely buy a different brand and from a local store thst does their own repairs.
