Don’t buy

Worst washing machine ever! Persistent leaking after multiple visits by repairing person. Mold and fungus chronic buildup in front loading gasket.

I would avoid this refrigerator

Ice maker problems a plenty. Replaced craft ice maker 3 times in 2.5 years. Otherwise a nice unit.

Lousy repairman

Bought the machine in July of 2020. Have water leaking out from under the machine for a month now. The repairman states that it is operator error. Well, if it was operator error we would have had the water leak from the very beginning…over 4 years ago. Otherwise, the machine works as intended. Won’t but another LG washer.

Love the washer but not the leak

Our washer is now 5 years old and has been perfect until very recently when it started leaking out of the front of the soap dispenser and leaving a small puddle under the left front corner. We cleaned the dispenser tray (a regular job) and inside the port (top and bottom). No luck. Checked YouTube and they all suggested it was the tube that runs from the dispenser to the drum. Not easy to clean since the dryer is stacked on top. LG couldn't help unless I unstacked the dryer; not easy to find tha...

Disappointed with issues after 4 years

After 4 years of good service, a problem arose. I never know whether I can use any cycle other than “normal” or whether I can wash at all. Sometimes resetting helps but not always. Disappointed.

Good washer

Been great except for a couple of leaks from the soap dispenser. Other than that has worked great.

Reliable but moldy gasket is inevitable.

I didn’t overuse the detergent either—but unless you keep the door oven between uses the moisture will naturally do that to the gasket—they should make them antimicrobial. Very happy with this washing machine purchase. It is very reliable and cleans wwll.

Major concerns of water over filling

I bought this unit a little over 3 years ago. Contractors had to move the unit to work on the flooring. When moving the washer, they tipped it forward and this caused residue water to go up an air tube that regulates a pressure switch that controls the water level in the machine. Laundry not even getting wet

My laundry isn’t getting enough water. We have had this washer for 4 years and for the past few months clothes are coming out with dry spots. I am now running two extra rinses and then another rinse & spin to try and get them cleaned and rinsed. I see a similar post they recommended some tips that had nothing to do with this problem.

Water sensor issues

LG washer junk after 5 years.

We have this washer for 5 years. Bearing are shot. LG washers have  suffered serious quality issues the last few years. We are done  With this trash. No more.

Great washer

We bought this over a year ago and it has been great. Less detergent is used and the clothes come out clean. We live the little washer below for delicate and small loads.

Great for allergy wash and pet hair

My husband has allergies so this was an investment we did for this washer and the side kick pedestal for the future if we have babies. but overall washes things very clean and fix a lot. i love using the app to download new wash settings for different items. We have two cats so washes off the cat hairs and the dryer really gets every pet hair off the clothes! ...
