Less than stellar performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to purchase this for my home and honestly the performance is not as good as the 10 year old washer I replaced from another manufacturer. I've had to have warranty service call now twice in first year and this time have had to wait 3 weeks for a technician to come out to even address a warranty issue. Still waiting and not fixed. Disappointing.

I bought both washer and dryer and both of them have had issues since I got them they aren't even a year old yet, I will never purchase another LG Washer or Dryer.

Love the wifi feature

Handles dog hair well

If you forget to take out your clothes, no worries you have a feature and you can turn it on for 12 minutes and it comes out nice with no wrinkles. I love the sound it makes when it’s finished. Absolutely a fantastic buy !!!!

LG Lifes Goofy

I only wish it were simpler to use. The quick reference card is not very helpful. There are several error messages it would be nice to be able to decipher quickly.

Washer Twists and Knots Clothes and has since New

Bought this washer to replace an LG front load washer I had for 15 years and loved. I have been a big fan of LG products for years. This unit is a huge disappointment. Clothes and especially sheets come out of the washer twisted into knots. This happens 90% of the time. Problem is so bad I am going to replace the unit even though it is only a year old. I also bought the matching Dryer (model# DLEX3700W) and have issues with it as well. Very frustrated and actively shopping for replacements...
