horrible washing machine

I am very dissatisfied with this washer. It is not yet two years old and is completely dead. I am having trouble with the repair as well. Even when it did work, I was not happy with the cleanliness of the clothes and often had to rewash things. The cycles take a very long time.

Great for short persons

I purchased a front loader because I am too short to reach into the large capacity washers without a step stool. It is so easy to load and unload. I love that the door opens facing my dryer so I just shift clothes from washer to dryer. My husband wanted to try it out; and felt it was easy enough he now does his own laundry. Yipee!

Love my front loader

Great washer and love the LG app

We’ve owned this washer for a couple years now and it has been great. I really like the LG app that allows me to see how much time is left in a cycle, and also alerts me to when a load is finished.

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No complaints after almost a year. It's easy to use, washes well, deals well with my kids' laundry, and I don't worry about my delicates getting shredded. There are a ton of ways to customize your washing needs, but the dial has the main ones.

I was disappointed that under 90 days of use my washer had a defect the water sensor came loose and the wire broke. Repairee couldn't until 10 days. The repairer did fix the washer first visit re soldiered a wire. LG did compensate me with a $100.

Best decision ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Registration is easy. This is the first NEW washing machine I've ever owned, and I'm 60! I want to wash everything now. Love how I can download cycles, it tells me when I need a tub clean, I can steam clean clothes instead of taking to the drycleaners!

Don't buy it

The pump broke after 6 months, it was a nightmare to get it replaced.

We bought this washer for our Lakehouse and I’m pleased to say it does a great job with large loads and steaming the blankets

Great Features but leaks quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer about 3 months ago as part of a washer/dryer combo. I loved having the features and time delay options as well as the ability to start from my phone. However the washer did start to leak very soon after I bought it. A quick self-clean cycle and rebalancing seems to have fixed the issue but I was a little upset that it needed to be cleaned so quickly after being bought.

Bought this in January and love all the options. Easy to use. The app is user friendly.

Love the Speed Wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has all the bells and whistles including Smart technology. At the recommendation of a representative I do most of my laundry using the SPEED WASH setting. There is no compromise in the quality of the wash but the wash time is only 15 minutes. This is very useful when I have to flip my AIRBNB apartment in a short period of time.

Very fast and a lot less noisy than my old washer.

I’m very happy with the washer I bought. It came in a couple of weeks ago and was installed very quickly and the old one taken away. It was so fast!
