Large capacity allows you to do less washes. Has lots of features.

Not the same as older model and wash cycles short

I previously owned this model and it lasted 15 years with NO REPAIRS NEEDED. This new model isn't the same as old one as I thought. It doesn't have a drum light init which is very inconvenient and the steam cycle is different which is very disappointing.

Excellent washing machine, spectacular features

It has been a wonderful experience, it was an update with what we used before. We are happy with the purchase, we are now going to buy the dryer.

I bought this washer 5 weeks ago and it took us 2 weeks to figure out how to use it properly because the manual doesn’t tell you that to change from warm to cold for example the start/pause button must be blinking and there is no mention of the steam cycle and how and where to use it

Great look

4 months with this machine and with the constant use of an added rinse and spin cycle we still have suds.yes using he pods,water pressure great but I don’t think cycles add enough water.Spoke with lg rep and they said they can’t recommend anything because of no error code.Any thoughts

Slow down, communication would be nice

They didn’t balance the washing machine, so I had too. No explanation about anything. They were in a hurry. No help with anything. Nicest guys were here 10 minutes at most, told me to call store if I needed any information.

LG doesn't dissappoint!

Great Dryer

It works great. They still haven't solved the auto dry function. Clothes come out wet on Auto. We solved this by using the timed dry setting. Other than that it has good capacity. Well done LG.

Bought washer and dryer in October 2022 I previously owned LG washer and dryer for for 13 years, and they were Awesome. Never a service repair. So I went with what I knew and I Love the front loaders. I did not buy set because you can run them through an app. Good thing cause I can't get either washer or dryer to connect to app. But all in all I am happy with my purchase. Didn’t think I would like a smart washer so much!

I have had the washer almost a month and love it. I went with this because I wanted it to last and wash well and consumer reports had it rated high in those areas. It has great features and washes great. I love that it can do diagnostics and reminders for cleaning, etc to make it last. The investment is not small so I hope this lasts for many years. It is quiet and gets the job done. My only complaint was difficulty setting the wifi but thanks you other customers youtube videos I am set. I will ...
