Large capacity and quiet

Initially, like all purchase, I was Hesitant but after I the first wash I was pleasantly impressed. Quiet and amazed at the capacity.

DISAPPOINTED WITH WASHER

I have tried to love this washer but have been disappointed. It fills with very little water and can only take a small amount of detergent. If we wash anything with dirt(ex. dirt and grass from doing yard work), hair or any type of debris - the debris is stuck to the glass door after the cycle is completed. Then we have to wipe and clean the glass door and seal before the next load. Some loads we have even needed to wipe out the entire tub. Its as if it just circulates what little bit of water i...

Tears up clothes

This washing machine leaves pulls in clothing. I have never had a washer that I hated until now. Consumer Reports let me down on this one. I had one brand new shirt come out with 12 pulls on it.

Accessible for Visually Impaired

I chose this washing machine because of the phone app. All washers seem to be touch panel now, and that is an issue given I can't see at all. The fact this one works with an app is great. I am also able to tap the controls on the machine directly (I have them labeled) with the app open, and it tells me what is being changed. My only issue is that sometimes it gets unbalanced for no noticeable reason or doesn't rinse thoroughly. Love all the settings.

Excellent !!! Efficient, quiet, fast, and multi op

I will give 2 thumbs up to this washer that bought 2 months ago. It is really quiet, fast with multi-options. It fits what I always wanted for myself perfectly. I haven't tried the wifi yet but excise to connect to the WIFI soon to try it. This unit an absolutely a great machine to purchase. Thanks.

Looks good n runs ok

Bought the set for the looks n the reviews I read. After about a year it has had error messages n turning off Our circuit breaker. Have to get service to come n check it out. Have extended warranty but shame I have to use it already

Big and quiet

We have owned this for 3 months…had an issue with laundry being quite wet when done…called LG…person difficult to understand…had us do several basic attempts to correct…did not work. I shortened the drain…helped some but still wetter than should be after spin. Company not much help yet.

Great Washing Machine

This is a great Product. Cannot complain about this machine. I love the low volume of it working and the fact that it has all the options that were on my former washer.

Great Produc

This is our 3rd Washer from LG in the last 3 years. We bought this one in Florida and used for 2 years and sold with the house. Bought one in Henderson NV used for 18 months and sold with the house. Bought this one 3 months ago and it's perfect. Wife loves the front load and ease of use for all are wash.

Would not recommend

3 months old. Dial is not lit so not easy to read as previous model. Constant DO (door open) codes even though door is firmly shut and nothing blocking the seal. Latch lock is not well designed as door can move slightly even though locked in wash mode and leak. Poor repair scheduling, did via online but no action other than to watch a few videos on common causes which do not apply.

Dependability is Still There!

I had an LG years ago that I loved. My housemate talked me into another major brand which required numerous repairs and finally (thankfully) died recently. I was successful in my campaign to return to my beloved LG. While it’s sleeker looking and has a few more bells and whistles, the dependability still seems to be there! Had it for about a month. No problem, clothes come out clean and fresh. Great buy!

To low to the floor

I have to get on my knees to empty this machine. I like a top load better, but this is the machine that my new house had. I had that I have to spread the rubber and dry it out and leave the door open so it doesnt get mildewy and smell. Too much extra work
