It checks all the boxes

I have been using my new LG washer for about a month and it has been clear sailing. I like the cleaning modes, it is relatively quiet and has performed flawlessly.

Washes Great

I’ve had the new washer and dryer for a month now. Very pleased with the performance and ease of working. I downloaded a delicate cycle for silk and it worked great. So happy not to have to hand wash anymore.

Works really well only issue it does not handle king size comforts

Defective Product

Received defective product. Once cold water supply is turned on, washer wont stop filling even when off and unplugged. Defective inlet valve staying open LG cant even give an estimated time for repairs. Had to return. No option to fix. Zero care or support.

So far, so good.

Bought this to replace a 13 year old LG front loader that still worked. Only had a few weeks and it’s nice and quiet and works great.

We purchased our LG front load washing machine about five weeks ago. This is our first front load washer and so far we have been very happy with it's performance.

Water leak via front door

Caused too much damage to house, water leaked via the front door. :(

requesting your repairs 2x in less than a year

We had our previous LG washer and dryer for 10 years before we had a water leak and it was just repairing a hose. This set is not even a year old and the LE light on a second time. Second repair request and it says LOCKED rotor when I look up your video on YouTube. Is this now going to be a recurring issue with the washer? Dryer has had no problems, just the washer. Add to it your repair guy was out not a month ago for the same issue.

Get the pedestals. Save your back.

Replacing an older Lg unit. So far so good. Got a great sale price 626.00 each. Our old set was 13 years old and still functioning so it was an easy decision to go with LG again. Only negative is the weight, but that is understandable. Work great on the pedestals.

Love it but it broke only 8 months into owning it

I bought my LG washer and dryer brand new because I live in a rural area and it's important to me to have reliable, quality laundry machines. I've owned previous iterations of this unit and loved it. Unfortunately, the washer stopped functioning after only 8 months. Luckily, I have a warranty on it and their customer service has been good so far, but I've already lost two weeks of functionality and am of course disappointed by this.

Booklet didn’t explain the washer settings

I’d love to know what the settings are designed and could find it in the book they sent

Mold buildup and electrical problems

I bought the washer and dryer set when we first built our house, within a few years the rubber ring had to be replaced because of mould build up. Now another year later, we have more mold around the ring and has a build up of mold and junk on the exterior of the drum and beyond the rubber seal that I can’t access to clean. The dryer also is now having electrical problems. They aren’t even 5 years old. I do not recommend this product.

It's very simple to follow the instructions, and it works great, no problems whatsoever

Some Surprises

Finally received this washer (and matching dryer) after weeks of problems from the store sellling it. Anyway, some of the features are not easy to understand, the instructions are partially available in videos. Very surprised to find that neither the washer or dryer have interior lights! In my opinion, no interior lights make the appliance kind of funky. Cheap omission.
