Delivery Nightmare
The first set that was delivered, the men didnt remove the shipping bolts which in turned ruined the washer (bolts broke inside the washer) made it feel like a jet engine well on it's way to explode in the house while ripping up the linoleum. Went back to the store, they called the delivery team and was told they would call. *never did* So I called and spoke with 3 different people, explaining what happened each time. Great washer but can't swap door position
Would RecommendIt works great and was easy to setup! My one complaint is that the door cannot be swapped. The hinge is on the left, so you must install the washer on the right and the dryer on the left.

Would Not RecommendLG voided my warranty because I mentioned to the repair technicians that I really wanted the machine replaced. REALLY. Apparently the Technicians are trained to write down everything that you say while they're there. LG then uses those remarks against you.
