This is one amazing machine.

I never thought I would even get excited about a washer, but this thing is amazing. It has taken the task of washing clothes to an art, but it does it all on its own. It is energy and water conservative as well, and that hits the pocket book. I am very pleased with my LG washer, and even excited!

Defective Product and Failure of Service

I purchased this stackable washer along with the corresponding dryer. Lowe's stacked the machines at my home. However, the washer's rubber bellow was defective. Within 2 weeks of using the washer, the bellow ripped apart, making the washer unusable. Because it's under warranty, LG came to my home to repair the bellow. But, because Lowe's stacked the machines, LG would not unstack/restack the washer and dryer to replace the part and suggested that I reach out to another repair person. The repair ...

Over complicated

I regret this purchase. What ever happened to putting close in a machine pushing a button and getting what you want? These constantly give error codes for everything you can imagine. Unnecessary, stops wash and dry cycle for things like, uneven load, or vent obstruction. Sucks to find your cloths aren't ready at all times. 4 Year Ownership Experience

Like most LG appliances I have owned, at first I love them. Unfortunately, as they age, they reveal their subpar quality. I purchased this washer in 2022 from BestBuy. It is an attractive design and easy to use. However, you buy a washer for cleaning performance, and this is where this machine falls short. The normal cycle tries way too hard to be water efficient. Defective machine

This machine was installed incorrectly and then began showing error messages after 2 weeks. LG and Lowe's both refuse to refund or exchange the machine. LG referred us to a local mechanic who told us they needed to order parts (no one has come to look at the machine). We are still waiting for a repair after 3 weeks and cannot use the machine. Defective appliance, faulty installation and terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend.

Broke in 13 days - can't get repaired or replaced

13 days after delivery, the rubber door gasket on this unit ripped/tore causing soapy water to leak down the front of the unit with no warning signal or automatic shut off. I should mention that I am blind which I unveiled to everyone each step of the way during this issue. You can't get in touch with LG in any way, but their "hired" customer service company ordered a part and scheduled a technician to come out TWO WEEKS LATER. Did they tell me how to drain the excess water from the washer? NO!...

Poor washing performance, not DIY maintainable

High maintenance laundry days and poor cleaning overall. When the machine was brand new the only issue was figuring out which cycles could get enough water in the machine to actually clean. We are fastidious about care for the machine - gasket wiped down every single time, door left wide open, running tub clean on a regular routine, cleaning the filter, using HE detergent carefully measured and borax in with the clothes. It leaks*

Well, its beautiful, sleek, and oh so quiet. But least than 2 weeks in my home and its leaking. Worst than that LG is trying to gaslight me and convince me that I'm the reason its leaking. So save yourself some trouble and not buy it.
