Would Not RecommendDropped 1k on this thing but the computer on the thing causes it to default to LE, aka the motor-is-not-working. Total hassle to replace it, having to wait a week to exchange while I paid $50 to rush deliver.. Horrible, unsympathetic customer service. I will be canceling the exchange and buying something elsewhere. .

Would RecommendUses much less water and electricity than our old HE washer circa 2000; extremely quiet, wry quick to get clothes clean. Very worth the money. And the install guys were very nice, installed the new one and carted off the old one. This was a great experience.

Would RecommendWe chose the LG due to the ratings we were seeing online. The machine has so far out performed our old machine. This machine is very quiet and has outperformed our old machine. The cycles are faster as well.
