Design flaw

The washer and dryer set has a design flaw that you cannot see until the units are installed. The black touch pad is not backlit - so the majority of the words printed on the touch pad are difficult to read without the assistance of a flashlight.... if you don't have a brightly lit laundry area.

good product, issue with installation

The product is good, the delivery went smoothly but after they had left, i noticed that one of the spiggots had not been turned on, when i put it on there was a leak in the spiggot that had not been there before. These things happen but the installer did not let me know that he had damaged the spiggot - it would have been good to have had that communication

Dont buy from Lowes or LG!!!!

Received this washer 3 days ago. Machine is making a concerning sound during a wash. So I did just a spin cycle with no clothes inside & the sound still happened. Which sounds like a motor failing on the inside of the machine. Lowes has a 48 hour return/exchange policy. I was told 47 times. Which we're ONE DAY after the 48 hour window. So they refuse to send a new machine. They said we need to reach out to LG. Spoke to LG & explained the sound & they said thats normal. They said they cant send ...

Love this Washer

LG is the way to go! After purchasing a new Maytag that was extremely AWFUL, I would recommend NOT getting input from sales associate ( no matter the years they have), and working with Lowe's was difficult with all the issues. After receiving the 2nd broken washer, we had to go back to Lowes, argue over needing to get a refund ( took over a week), and restarted the process of buying another washer. Works great but lettering needs work!

Attractive, great wash and SPIN ONLY cycle really get s the moisture out. The marketing person who OK'd using gray lettering on a charcoal gray background should be chastised! VERY hard to see.

Quality Washer - Lowe's Delivery Does It Right

This purchase was to replace a well-loved LG washer we've had for 11 years. Great product! Very quiet. It has a few improved features, such as a thinner, more compact door that does not extend out as far, and digital controls. The Lowe's purchase process was outstanding in every way, from online ordering, to delivery communication, to professional delivery/installation technicians. We ordered it at 12:30 pm and it was delivered and installed by 11:30am the following day. Amazing.

Does a good job cleaning clothes.

The first washer delivered was damaged. Made a very loud hammering noise. Lowes customer service promptly arranged a replacement which was delivered the next day. Otherwise we are happy with the replacement and the many cycles that it offers.
