Space age technology.
Now that the product is installed, we really like it. The first one was delivered damaged so I didn’t accept it. It was delivered on a Wednesday and I thought we’d have trouble getting a new one. I went online with their customer service and was assured we’d have a new one by Friday. We got it so the customer service site exceeded our expectation. The washing machine works great and I’d recommend to anyone.

The operating system is overly complex. Does not allow you to choose load size. Crazy. Error codes are lengthy. Need to memorize these. Should have bought it in person.

Help Me Lowes
Would Not RecommendLG will piece together whatever you buy until they can't anymore. Only then will they replace it. 3 month old washer that their tech says has symptoms of a 6-10 year old machine. LG says, "We can fix that." No decency from this corporation. It was defective from the factory, but it's my problem now. Representative even said that if I don't accept their terms they will close out my repair order and that's that. Take it or leave it.
