Works great but lettering needs work!

Attractive, great wash and SPIN ONLY cycle really get s the moisture out. The marketing person who OK'd using gray lettering on a charcoal gray background should be chastised! VERY hard to see.

Quality Washer - Lowe's Delivery Does It Right

This purchase was to replace a well-loved LG washer we've had for 11 years. Great product! Very quiet. It has a few improved features, such as a thinner, more compact door that does not extend out as far, and digital controls. The Lowe's purchase process was outstanding in every way, from online ordering, to delivery communication, to professional delivery/installation technicians. We ordered it at 12:30 pm and it was delivered and installed by 11:30am the following day. Amazing.

Does a good job cleaning clothes.

The first washer delivered was damaged. Made a very loud hammering noise. Lowes customer service promptly arranged a replacement which was delivered the next day. Otherwise we are happy with the replacement and the many cycles that it offers.

Gets the Job done

So far we really like our new washer. It was priced better than so many others. It's not super fancy, but does have some extra features that we probably won't even end up using. It is extremely quiet. Our last washer was super loud. Hoping that it lasts a long time. I don't regret buying it.

Stackable

I went to local Lowe's and showed the sales clerk exactly what I needed. In showroom was a stackable washer and dryer. I told him I didn't have much room and he gave me the measurements. The washer is noisy!

The washing machine is LOUD. Our Whirlpool was so quiet and this new LG is really loud, you can hear the water swishing and it's loud when the washer fills with water.

Handles dog blankets, which tells you everything

We recently bought the TurboWash 360 High Efficiency Stackable 4.5-cu ft Front-Load Washer with Steam Cycle (white) and it has been a very solid upgrade for our house. We have multiple dogs, which means we are always washing something, especially their blankets. Skeptical of these modern washers and their failure rates, but this one has been superb so far. No issues after 4 months. Quiet washer that gets clothes very clean. As with any washer, get an extended warranty. You do that on your car and house, right? Download the LG app.

LG is a Great Brand and good Washer.

Our 14 year old LG which is used frequently at our house had the bearings going out so I needed a new washer. This one I ordered is very similar to the LG we had before and hopes it lasts as long. Washer works perfectly but the Universal Pedestal with drawer did not fit my washer perfectly although it is suppose to! The pull out drawer when fully closed leaves am little over an inch gap> Don't know why I saw other type of LG washers fit their pedestals perfectly, maybe they were LG brand?
