The delivery crew that brought these in were outstanding. They knew what they were doing and were very professional. We had bad experiences with other companies saying they couldn't do the delivery for a multitude of reasons, but the lowes delivery guys made it happen.

while it functions For the most part I have two major issues. The folding lint filter is designed flawed for the frame where the filter folds has broken twice in a little over a year with normal use just from opening and closing the filter to clean it. My other complaint is that for me the black control panel is very difficult to read and so easily fingertip printed. I would sacrifice some bells and whistles for knobs as controls. The controls are centered at the top and not lower to the side like my Samsung. I have to move the laundry basket to turn it on.

Although I feel the dryer has some improvements over the LG we bought 5 years ago of like-for-like size, LG has gone too far with reliance on a smart phone and downloading routines to get the settings one has had hard wired into dryers for the 50 years I’ve been using one; e.g., delicates and any number of other previously standard hard wired settings. Leaky lint

Purchased this dryer with it's companion washer. Ordered online without a physical inspection, BIG mistake! Did not realize that the top of this dryer has a slanted top, totally useless in sorting and folding laundry, HUGE drawback in my family! With that said, the lint trap looks like something that you would catch fish in, I have never seen such a convoluted contraption to catch lint, you need to open it up to clean out the lint then close this trap up to reinsert. Great evidence for why AI is useless.

Probably the greatest reason to avoid AI. Unlike non-AI, non-WiFi dryers you can't modify the default settings; you have to log in to the app and download a custom setting - and you only get one. The AI setting seems to know only 1 temperature setting - incinerate. Previous dryer was a non-intelligent LG - which worked great - I could pick a setting and modify it. Hopefully somebody at LG sees this and releases a S/W update that allows modification to the default settings. Otherwise this 2 m...
