So I really wanted to love this dryer however starting out we noticed that the lint trap allows lint in through both sides and the bottom of the plastic lint trap snapped within the first year so had to replace. We are now having to replace the heating element on the dryer which is beyond ridiculous on a 2 yr old dryer. Horrible all around

Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled. I have to iron every pair of pants that comes out of there (even dry fit comes out wrinkled) and if I didn't refuse to iron T-shirts, those would need be ironed as well. Dryer WON'T Dry Bc of False Fire Hazard Warnings

Like others, mine isn't working The engineers who worked on the hardware and/or those who worked on the program screwed up bc every load it stops and won't dry clothes due to false alarms of non existent fire hazard It must be 100 percent lint free to work which is impossible Why is there no recall?

This was a brilliant innovation from LG

Dryer door opens 2 ways. When transferring cloths from the Washer to dryer, door opens from top like a shoot, so do clothes fall on floor. Then then clothes are dry it opens from the side so you can put a basket die and scoop out the cloths.

NOT HAPPY

Just see the pictures! Sometimes I see the numbers sometimes I don’t because of the condensation. I just got it yesterday. Also that’s a BIG flaw on the lint holder, there’s a screw where the hairs gets stuck. It’s ridiculous.

Double check door installation

I like almost everything about this dryer except the door. It’s handy to have 2 ways to open it but the installer mounted it to open from th LE wrong side.

Color changed

I don’t like the black top. I think it should be all white or all black.

The delivery crew that brought these in were outstanding. They knew what they were doing and were very professional. We had bad experiences with other companies saying they couldn't do the delivery for a multitude of reasons, but the lowes delivery guys made it happen.
