The purchase of the washer and dryer was very easy. The sale person was very helpful. The delivery was great. They set up the machine and ran it to make sure the washer worked. I would give the sale person and the people who delivered a 10.

Don't fall for the bells and whistles.

This is the worst dryer we have ever owned. I regret buying it. Owned it 2( mid January -mid March) months and the heating element went out. We were told we have to have a professional vent cleaner come out first to check if that was the problem. We did that and it wasn't. LG has done nothing to rectify the problem besides string us along with promises of hearing from a dryer specialist. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

2-Way Door = Amazing

Love the door opens two different ways. Clothes dry pretty well. We have the matching washer and are equally as pleased.

I read *a lot* of washer and dryer reviews before buying this set, and I spent a good amount of time researching it beforehand. Great at first-dryer features need improvement

At first this dryer was great, now it seems to not dry things completely no matter what cycle it’s on. We have to run it multiple times to get our clothes to dry. We’ve done the vent cleaning and wet sensor cleaning and nothing seems to help.

I want to like this Dryer, but it damages clothes

I’ve had this dryer for about 11 months. It dries well, but clothes constantly get caught between the bottom of the lint trap and the spinning drum. It’s almost always drawstrings (that I’ve tied) that catch and twist around the rest of the clothes until they’re in a large knot. It has ripped and damaged multiple pairs of pants because of this. LG needs to address this issue.

Can't fix it.

The dryer makes a rattling sound. LG has sent repairmen twice but have not fixed it. I have been waiting for over a month for them to line up another repair. They are ignoring/stalling me. I would NOT buy this dryer, and frankly I am beginning to doubt the quality of LG appliances.

We have been very happy with our dryer. However, as of 7/20 we have been calling (12 calls thus far) due to error msg D80 flow sense. We have NEVER received a return call from a dryer specialist. Nor have we gotten a return call from a supervisor. We love all our LG appliances, but are extremely disappointed in your service department.

Dryer didn't work from the day after delivery on any mode other than manual. I wish we would have rented a truck and returned it to the store instead of trying to find a solution. LG does not schedule service without an online chat. The online chat is useless. I have 5 hours and counting being run in circles by their chat support team.
