[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Washer is much better than my previous Maytag. Quite spin cycle. I love the Chimes when finished. Only complaint is slight vibration on sidewalls when running.

I will say that this is our first washer and dryer and im glad that we made the decision to buy these. its so quiet yet so effective its amazing. and since its brand new and very cool, my husband and I kinda fight over who gets to do laundry and who's laundry smells better...very impressed.

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rugs in my bathroom came out of my old washer with stains from the soles of shoes that got ground into them. I couldn't get them clean. They get cleaner each time I wash them in my LG washer. Most articles get cleaner in my LG than in my old washer, but bedsheets sometimes don't get soaked with water. When I take them out of the washer, some sections are wet; and some sections are completely dry. It looks like no water ever touched them. D...

The "turbo" wash option sprays wash water onto the clothes as they tumble, ensuring all the clothes get evenly clean. We also like that additional rinse cycles can be added if desired. Exciting new features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received delivery 2 days ago, so not a lot of experience with my laundry suite as yet, but have used many of the great features noted on this set with great success. I have the LG Electric Turbo/Steam Washer with Sidekick extra washer in the pedestal plus the companion dryer - also with steam option, and I have loved what is happening thus far. My old set (45 years old Maytag) was still functioning well, so we will see about longevity ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many users of these high end He washers use pods for the detergent. The manual makes NO REFERENCE about how to use pods with this washer. Originally I just put it is the container labelled liquid detergent. There was a bunch of blue gunk in that container. Finally I called LG to find out how to use pods with that washing machine. I was told to just put it in with the laundry. It qould have been nice to know that before I started washing...

Clearly Superior Efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm thrilled with the reduction in water usage and cycle time over our old LG front loader purchased in 2004. Our laundry comes out cleaner, in less time, and using less water. Color me impressed!

Accessory light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer works great and VERY quiet. It would be nice if you could be able to turn on the LED light to see into the washer when it's running. If when the unit is turned on the selection panel would light up dim, but what you select would be bright. Our wash areas light makes it hard to see the selection panel when only what you have selected is lit up.

This is my second LG washer, and I LOVE IT

easy to use control panel

We found it to be very good in clean our clothes and not like or other one which left spots of soap on our clothes.If you were to buy a new wash I would say this is the one .Very well made a thumbs Up LG !!!!!!
