1 year and Geek Squad is replacing it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bough this a year ago and geek squad has come out 3 times to fix a leak from the front. they cannot fix it so they are replacing it. I don't think I will be purchasing the same one.

DOESN'T SPIN!!!

Love my LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the LG washer/dryer on my repairman's suggestion a week before Christmas. Best purchase ever. Washer is water and time efficient. The dryer dries much faster than my previous machines. Love the end cycle chimes! Even recommended these units to my friend whose machines is on it's last legs.

Bought this machine about 2 months ago. So glad I did. Wonderful machine. Cleans great.

Easy to use and maintain!

Bought as our first washer in a long time and this one does the trick! A lot of different load options and easy to use! Easy to clean and maintain. We wipe down door and seal after every load and have not had any issues with mildew or mold. If your looking for an all around good front loading washer, this model is awesome!

Outstanding

Looked at a lot of different washers and dryers and this is by far the best.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

I bought this within 2015. Since then I have had to call service repair three times and each time for the same issue. I was told that this issue was a factory defect. They are wanting to charge me for coming out to repair the same issue again even though it's their fault!!!!! Never ever buy an LG product!

Excellent Performance!

I purchased this washer (and matching dryer) in September. I am pleased with everything about it! First, the functionality; it is easy to use (important!), offers many options, does an outstanding job on my laundry and is beautiful to look at!

Very good overall

Bought this model after having a competing but much older and smaller front loader. The LG has lots of customizable settings and on a small load is very quick 36Minutes on Normal. The capacity is very large indeed and have not loaded up in any big way either . So far so good.

Love this washer

So far so good, only had a week but it is awesome, still working on the app for the phone but I am confident that will work out as long as i read the instructions as one person suggested. I did read the manual thoroughly upon receiving as another reviewer suggested and so far only noise is sometimes on the high speed spin which is nothing really. LOVE IT

Leaks from orange turbo wash spout

This LG washer WM4270HWA leaks from the orange turbo wash spout for about 6 hours after the wash finishes! I exchanged it for the same model after a Geek Squad exam noted leaky valve and recommended exchange. The 2nd LG had the same leak! It's impossible to keep the rubber dry because of the leak. It even leaked through to the floor. I have now scheduled a return and ordered a different brand. We have an older, discontinued LG in another location and love it. I am very disappointed with this LG ...

I bought this washer/dryer combo three months ago. I had problems with the washer from day one. Drum wobbles and shakes like crazy!! To the point where drum hit the inside glass and scratched it! LG send a tech one week after the purchase and washer was taken apart completely! Did not find any issues! LG WM4270HWA

Bought 8/27/15 so it's new but as of to date it is a great machine. Extremely quite and works very good. I would recommend this machine.

Another Piece of Garbage

I was excited to buy the washer and dryer set, but I am totally disappointed. The washer does not spin the washer out and is noisy. The doors on both washer and dryer are flimsy. I have spent a day trying to do my laundry with error code after error code. Not worth the time and effort. I am returning the units. There has to better quality out there.

Wary

We had a previous LG front loader and loved it. This washer seems to have trouble with smaller loads. We get trouble codes and had the washer less than 30 days. Very frustrating since the first washer appliance store delivered was damaged. I question if this washer is too big for the average household.
