Great so far!

Love this top-load washer! Replaced my LG front load that had an odor I couldn't get rid of no matter what I did or how often I cleaned the rubber gasket! This is a huge improvement! Very large capacity. Multiple settings, and wifi helps keep track of those, as well of when laundry is done! The only thing I didn't account for is how deep the tub is! I'm only 5' tall, and can't reach the things in the bottom after the load is finished :( I have brought a large pair of rubber BBQ tongs out to lau...

Mold issue

The washer seems to work fine. The problem is the rubber around the door. It collects water which molds. I have to dry it every time I wash clothes and leave the door open so it completely dries out. There was a buildup of mold in it and I used everything I found on the internet to try to get rid of it. There is still a black stain on the bottom section.

Washer repair

First time this happens to my Family and I...

...unbelievable!!! We need to pay for the repair if the sensor that supposes to indicate malfunctions and the price of the repair of a sensor, no even some core part of the equipment is almost the price of the new washer... I felt tricked...

Best Washer for Heavy Duty Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG washing machine has been moved twice and still kept going just fine. This is a great for a big load of towels, rugs or a small delicate load. Always the same great performance. Only one service call was necessary and LG backed up their pledge for a ten-year warranty on the main drive motor. The LG repairmen that helped replace the motor came quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. I was back to washing clothes in a matter of days....

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer washes well but there is no way to soak that I can find. Water collects in the rubber seal as with all front loaders and stinks. The light casts a yellow color that makes clothes look dirty and doesn't stay on long enough

LG 4.5 CU. FT. ULTRA LARGE CAPACITY TURBOWASH WASH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our LG 4.5 CU. FT. ULTRA LARGE CAPACITY TURBOWASH WASHER worked very well for 6.5 years. We were very disappointed to find out it required repairs where the repair cost was almost as much as a new washer after relatively light to medium use by primarily 2 people.

Great LG Front Loader Washer

Good warranty service!

I have had my washer for quite some time now. Love how you have the ability to buy warranty packages within 7 years of purchase. Always loved front load washer. Maybe cause I grew up with them. Always thought it cleaned better if you can maintain it regularly. Overall love my washer and dryer.

Not good

Always stinks, even when let door open always. Seal area gets super gross. Fabric softener dispenses as soon as you add it or always full of water. No way to do just a normal load because you can't turn off turbo on cotton wash. Only lasted 4 years before the motor quit and getting repairs under warranty is next to impossible in my town. Will never buy another Lg.

Great Washer

The only thing I still haven't been able to get to work is setting up the phone app. I have to let you know I haven't had the time to contact customer service. But I would tell everyone to purchase this washer even without the app working its awesome.
