Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second washer from LG. Both have been great (the last one stayed with the house when it was sold). This washer is easy to use. I love the feature that keeps the door partly open when not in use so that the inside drys out and prevents mildew. I wish there was a option to order the door to open from the left side. Our dryer is not stacked so it would be easier to move the laundry to the dryer (on the left of the washer).

Very Quiet with fast wash cycles

I also like the musical signal when the cycle is completed. On the need-for-improvement side, the lighted dial is difficult to read in bright light. Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is perfect.I love the way it cleans my clothes to perfection. I have removed stains from my Grandsons clothes that his Mom brought to me, because she had no success, and thought they were ruined. The machine is easy to use and customize if necessary. The capacity is hugh and accommodates my king size bedding. Great investment!

Great washer!

Super large capacity and lots of different features to add on to each setting. I have printed out LG recommended suggestions to each cycle and have tried them and found already my best ones to maximize performance on each wash!

Great Size and Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd home where we purchased a front loading washer. We love it. It washes well and easy to use. Love the steam option. The pedestal is nice to have too. I have never had an odor issue with my front loaders. Uncertain why others do. We recently updated our home and purchased all new LG appliances. This washer is great and we're very happy with it. It accommodates large loads easily.

Good Quality Very Good Warranty

Love It So Far

We also have LG models that are a couple years old in our second home and are very happy with them. I've only had this washer a little over a month but so far I'm mostly very happy with it. One thing I've had a problem with was some rugs that kept getting out of balance. I had to redistribute the load a few times and it still couldn't spin out, but ...

Nice

Lettering on Control Panel not Permanent

This washing machine has a fatal flaw. The lettering on the control panel will wipe off like a dry erase marker if washing detergent comes in contact with the letters (we use ALL free and clear - nothing harsh). Have owned the washer just over a year and both Lowes and LG refused to cover this defect or repair damage citing it as "cosmetic". If I can't select a cycle I'm not sure how that is considered only "cosmetic". LG's reputation is ruined in my mind based on this experience. I will ne...

Great for my use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not have room for a dryer so I was thrilled that even in bad weather I am able to wash a load and hang around the house and in a few hours they have spun out so well they dry and I can put them away. Great spin and no vibration

LG Washer

Good washer overall

Is large enough, yet not too deep to fit, is quiet and does a good job of washing and has a good spin to remove most of the water. Looks nice, has enough washing features and the light inside and the music at the end of wash is nice too.

Colors ran

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 months ago. Looks great, but clothes bleed. Jean's and red sweater bled into lighter clothing. This never happened with previous washer over 10 years.

Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't care for the sensing at the beginning of every cycle. Even while filling water. It does not use enough water in my opinion. The spin cycle has the spin up, spin down which is bad. The only true advantages are it's front loading and uses less water, too little of water. Doesn't clean clothes more than a top loader.

Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased a LG washer and dryer today , and honestly can wait to go back to the store and return it, hope they take it right back, the washer is making such a noise as there is metal rubbing on other metal , it is just too loud , also it's working for more then 2 hours and I have to keep turning the spin circle over and over because clothes won't get ready for the dryer. Disappointed.

Not iPhone ready

Washer performs well as does the dryer , however the wifi apps only work with android phones. If you use apple your out of luck!

Great quality
