Wrinkled dirty clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned thus machine for 7 months now. No matter what cycle and what spin I use the clothes come out a wrinkled mess. I tried 4 pieces at a time.. Didn't work.. Cold water.. Low spin.. They keep telling me the machine is fine. I think it doesn't get enough water to clean the clothes. My clothes look beaten and worn. Awful machine They won't replace. I had service call.. Washed clothes exactly like they said.. Frustrating doesn't even...

Great Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did my research and purchased machine in May and for someone who hates laundry this machine makes doing laundry a lot more enjoyable and my life so much easier. With a some much great features that I still haven't used how can you not love it. Surprised me the first time I used it I didn't even hear the machine working until the load was done and I heared the chime. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Questionable Long Term quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really want to like this washer, but I just can't bring myself to. The washer has plenty of useful features and clothes come out very clean. My biggest issue with the washer is I have already had a service repair -- within two weeks of purchasing the washer. The washer has an intermittent leak from a nozzle on the front gasket and had a broken damper (as diagnosed by the repair technician). There is also a very annoying loud metallic ...

Great Machine

Had a duo before and loved it but this one seems to do a better job cleaning large items,with less noise and is large enough to clean my king comforter without a problem! Really like all the presets settings that still allows you to edit for your own personal preferences, it just a great machine.

Great Washer

Drain Filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had known that I had to clean the drain filter twice a month! I've had two instances where my floor was flooded because of this. What a pain in the rear! I've now set up reminders in my iPhone. Never had to do this before with any other product such as GE, Maytag, Whirlpool, etc. With that said I LOVE the machine. Cleans clothes like I've never seen! Very quiet UNLIKE the GE, Maytag, Whirlpool machines I've owned in the past.

My New LG washer Exceeds all My Expectations

3 ISSUES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this machine for about 1 month and I noticed that there is a loud bang coming from the pipes when the machine is filling with water, there is as an occasional problem getting the spin cycle to complete and there is water dripping from the orange spout above the door for about an hour after the wash is completed. I'm not certain if the banging noise is the machine's fault since I had new plumbing put in and that may be the cause....

Excellent initial impression

Best Front Load Washer

The features are incredible, it is quiet, and the turbo wash feature is awesome. I have very sensitive skin and the extra rinses really remove all detergent residue. I absolutely love turbo wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer at an amazing price at best buy. I washed a load of normal everyday clothes. Jeans, t-shirts and socks. The washer estimated 29 minutes on normal cycle with turbo wash on. It finished in 24 minutes. It sprays fresh water in the drum during spins which I love. It really washes and rinses great. No soapy residue. If you love clean clothes and demand performance and speed get a LG turbo wash front load washer.

It would be nice to have a switch as I have OCD and clean my washer constantly. So having a light is essential. LG engineers if you are reading this maybe you can look into this. As a fan of your products I hope that you can do this.
