Wall plug defective

First microwave wall plug was mangled beyond use. Second microwave plug was not perfect, but was usable- barely.

LG has proven to me to be a great reliable manufacturer, and the fact this new microwave doesn't have the annoying dinging when buttons are pushed is a HUGE plus!

I love the size of this microwave. The sounds are also very pleasant. My favorite features are; the inside is not white & the back of the unit doesn’t have corners. It’s very easy to clean. It has a two button lock feature that can be disabled, thankfully. No one really wants to have to push two buttons to open the microwave door.

Elite Countertop Microwave

This is by far the best countertop microwave I’ve ever purchased. Besides it good looks, it’s very quiet, cooks evenly, and has the one touch 30 seconds start button. The large 2 cu ft capacity with 16” round tray allows for extra large items to be cooked. lI highly recommend this microwave over all others with similar size and capacity.

The trim kit cost more than the microwava.

The microwave works well. I like the interior, very smooth and non-stick, easy to clean.

Good work....after mastering the controls

We purchased this microwave 7 weeks ago. Once it's busy cooking, it's great. But it is not easy to use. The controls are simply not intuitive. I'm still going back to my beleaguered instruction manual to learn how to do this or that, all things I've done easily before in other microwaves. My other problem concerns the controls. The clock is bright and easy to read. The controls are dim, difficult to read.. I find myself getting up close to see them well.

Lots of room, fast, and love Sensor Reheat

It is quiet and I love the super fast Sensor Reheat cooking mode

Dead on arrival

Dead on arrival. Microwave looked like it would work - lit up and spun food around, but did not heat anything. Frozen food in, frozen food out.

No frill/practical microwave

Very useful and practical microwave. Not many extra bells or frills but it's very spacious within its interior and gets the job done

Faulty Sensor

Bought it today, and will be returning tomorrow. Even when the door was completely shut, we got a message saying it was open, so none of the functions would work. It would start for a couple seconds and then started beeping with the message "door" on the screen. Buttons are not backlit so it was a little hard to see as well. I called the company to troubleshoot, and after trying a few things, the rep told me the sensor was faulty and to return it.
