Died in less than a week.

All of a sudden it started saying, "Food". I had to open the door and push on the tray to get it allow me to use it. Beyond that, there are no quick minute settings. I've had many microwaves and they all did. This one was just annoying in every possible way.

5 months and it broke out and LG refuses to honor the warrant

Reminders are quiet

When the timer is done, the bell (or tune) is soft. So if you're in a loud house, just know that. However, the tune is persistent, does not go silent until you retrieve your food or drink.

It works very well and has a pleasant chime sound

The microwave was exactly what we needed.

Good unit

Replacement for dead unit. The in cabinet mounting hardware fit onto this unit, saving a few hundred dollars!!!

Lowe's Good To Go Products and Pick-Up's!

Open all boxes before you leave the store.

Great product but when I picked it up they brought out one that the box was crushed and if I didnt open it before I left, I would have had to return it because it was crushed. So I went back to the aisle and carried a good one out the door.

New Microwave

Not very solid and dents right out of the box

There's a dent in the back and one of the legs is crushed. The sheet metal is extremely thin and the unit doesn't have any sound deadening material in it. It feels cheap and sounds very cheap. The box described the units ability to prevent fingerprints. Well, don't believe it. It's a fingerprint magnet. The unit is basic but functional. The cabinet mounting kit costs more than the microwave which is totally a rip off.

We had a built in Fridigare, this works much better and looks Great with the Trim Kit.

Not just a cosmetic dent but the top looks like they dropped something on top of it or toppled the entire box

Lowe's Makes Shopping a Pleasure

The product was a direct replacement of one that was there previously built-in so it fit perfectly and was the exact same size and wattage. The price was very compatible to other brands of the same size and wattage. I did purchase the LG because I have some of their appliances and they seem to stand up very well.
