Great microwave.

The microwave is very nice and big. The only minor issue was having to disable the childproof lock mechanism so you can easily open the microwave.

LG nice looking with any color appliance set.

This is a newer model than the two previous failed LG ones. I bought it because of the correct size to fit the trim kit for LG I already own. The store was very helpful, the install was a few screws for the trim and kit. I didn’t find the black stainless version in stock but the stainless color is such a small amount it still looks good with the other appliances that are black stainless. I wouldn’t recommend LG to my friends.

In my opinion, this LG microwave is the best!

I like the gentle sound it makes to inform you the cook/warm time is ended. I like the child-proof door opener & the speed of heating or cooking. I really like everything about it!!❤️

Died after 34 days. But the chimes are nice.

Power started dropping off, (longer heat time) then it started arcing and making a loud noise, but metal utensils or containers other than foil were NOT used. There was a discoloration and accumulation over the panel inside, tried to gentl wipe it and the surface crumble. Trying to upload photo. I did like the pleasant alert sounds it made.

Very nice option for counter top microwaves.

I have had bought two of these microwaves - I like the size and dark interior. I had the first one for 2 years and it stopped heating. I thought it was just a fluke so bought another one just like it. I have now had this one less than three years and it has stopped heating. This is just ridiculous - prior to buying my first one, I had had our old microwave for probably 10 years. These are just poorly made and I will not buy another LG microwave!

Door handle has poor design

Works great, heats extremely well but opening the door is not easy. Part of your hand has to be on the front part and you have to grip some of it on the side.

Opening the door is difficult.

I do not like the "Childproof" door.

I don't think I fully grasped How big the microwave is until I brought it home and took it out of the box. The inside of this microwave is very big and I love it! It has rounded edges on the inside and a beautiful soft light! And the sounds when starting the microwave and window microwave ends is so much better than that high-pitched beep that normal microwaves have! I am very happy with this purchase and I would recommend them microwave to anybody especially if you use it as much as our family ...

From perfect to zero.

I bought this in 2019. It was perfect until 2 months ago when part of the display numbers disappeared. Next, the door release fell off when I pushed it to open the door. A little black piece and a spring flew out. This morning I go to heat up breakfast by holding onto the latch and pushing it in to open the door. I press the 30 sec button 2x. leaks microwaves

I had a microwave in exactly the same place for many years and it never interfered with my wifi network. , This unit jams my wifi and makes streaming impossible as long as the microwave is on. Did it get damaged slightly in transit or is this unit defective??? I bought this unit based on the positive performance of an almost identical unit ( a little smaller but the same wattage) owned by a relative. His microwave never interfered with his wifi.
