I waited nearly 3 WEEKS for it to show up at Lowes. It never got delivered on its delivery day and way delayed for about 4 days till it finally showed up after waiting 2 weeks just for it to ship and ,supposed, to arrive at Lowes. Lowes customer service tried their best to help me but even they were left in the dark...

Died in less than a week.
All of a sudden it started saying, "Food". I had to open the door and push on the tray to get it allow me to use it. Beyond that, there are no quick minute settings. I've had many microwaves and they all did. This one was just annoying in every possible way.
