Takes a licking - Keeps Ticking
Would RecommendI have had this tool for 2 summers in Florida. Unfortunately, I did not realize this tool cannot swap the trimmer head for the edger head. Most trimmers you can buy an edger head separate and swap out when the job requires but not this one. I bought it when it was $70 but not it looks like its going for $120. I would phase this one out Lowe's. On the other hand, this tool has held up pretty well I have used it to substitute edging which does work fairly well. But if you have some really thi...

Would RecommendLove my new trimmer. Use for trimming around my yard and landscaping. Was on the fence about getting it or another gas trimmer. More powerful than my previous gas trimmer and much quieter.

It didn’t work
Would Not RecommendI had a Kobalt string trimmer for a few years, it stopped working so I bought a new one. First time out of the box on a full battery, it stopped working within 5 minutes, the exact same way the old one did. Will not be buying any more Kobalt products.
