This trimmer is very light weight

Works great,battery last long,very happy with my purchase

Bad design

I find it impossible to release the spool to load more string. You have to push on two release tabs which are on the spool, can't do it even when new. Other than that it's probably a good trimmer.

not impressed with power cutting out

recharge takes too long. quits running on full power for a second or two. Not intended for thick grass.

Wasn't sure about a cordless trimmer, but this trimmer didn't disappoint. plenty of power and ran a good 40 minutes on one charge. For a residential trimmer, this thing is great. light weight, and comfortable to use. probably would do well cutting thick overgrown stuff, but for just normal sidewalks, around the house and yard it is quick, quiet and easy.

Light weight and easy to navigate. Does a nice job.

Terriable Trim Line

The product itself is good, light weight a lot of power. The line always gets stuck. Doesn't open easy and very hard to adjust. Once it is working your line seems to be finished too fast. It is very aggravating when you have to stop 10 times to fix the line. I don't understand it.

Solid, Simple, and Reliable

This is our first battery-powered string trimmer. This one is easy to assemble, easy to use, and is quiet. The battery lasts longer than we hoped.

Great for your Tiny yard.

Overall it works well and is easy to use. Great power that is short lived. If I'm doing yard work then it Is because no one else is available to do it. I used this to cut through extremely tall grass at a rental where I couldn't run a mower. If I were going to do light cutting for 15 or 20 minutes then I think this product would work great. This is a lot more convenient than storying a gas powered product. However for a large yard I would need 5 batteries and I couldn't buy any at Lowe's for ...

Does the job well

It does the job well as a trimmer. I found the shaft a bit too long for comfort (I'm 5'7") even with the adjustable handle for the hand that's not on the trigger. The new 4 amp battery lasts for at least 30 minutes, as advertised

Extremely disappointing!!

I wanted to love this. I think I still might, but right now the handle is so badly misaligned that I can't screw in the bolts to hold the handle together. I know there are suggestions as to what type of tool I would need to get it loosened so I can try to align it properly, but I shouldn't have to drive the 30 mile round trip to go back to Lowe's and repair a brand new item before I can even use it!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

24 volt BO ELECTRIC TRIMMER

This machine functioned well for the use I have given it. Basically just a trial run or two. My only ''complaint'' is (and it is NOT A MFR'S FAULT) that it is cumbersome on my back as I do have a 'minor back problem', which is aggravating while working on a hill or steep slope. I will be trying out a belt rigging for over my shoulder to try abating the strain. I tried curing this problem by adjusting the hand grip bar; but I will keep trying. I have an electric trimmer and a gas trimmer and this...

So far, so good.

Easy assembly. Lots of power. Long battery life. Edged my entire yard on half a charge. I had a bit of a learning curve when the line broke off inside the advance mechanism. Once I figured it out, it was good to go.
