Don’t purchase

Bought this 3 years ago and had it repaired 4 times on different areas. Aqua lift is horrible I end up using easy off to clean this oven. and it takes 20 min to heat up. Buying a new range now

Oven control panel flaws and overheating dangers

The temperature control panel for the oven faces up and is flush with the front edge of the cooktop surface. Spills and splatters from cooking land all over the panel requiring constant wiping. Additionally, the oven heats up the entire outside of the front door and above mentioned temperature control panel so much that those surfaces are dangerous to touch. I could f...

Its OKay! Not my dream stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the range 3 months ago. I've had it a month or a bit longer. It works fine but it just seems cheap. The knobs are plastic and the digital display is reminiscent of a car dashboard from 25 years ago. The drawer below the oven is cheaply made as well and will likely get damaged or the frame get bent at some point. Overall the look is nice and it performs as it should. I've bought a couple refrigerators and I was impressed with them...

Bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the same range from Kitchenaid for 13 years and loved it. We purchased the new model and do no like it at all. I cannot figure out the settings for heat on range. Additionally, there is less space on the range because now the timer, clock, etc. is on the top vs. on the side where you can see it from anywhere. Overall we are incredibly disappointed.

Failed just out of 1 year Warranty BEWARE!

I purchased this range about 16 months ago. I registered it immediately for the manufacturers warranty. I did not purchase service plans or extended warranties. It is virtually impossible to cook anything on low heat on this range. Even the lowest setting produce temperatures in the pot or pan of over 220F! That is boiling. nice big oven with super heavy racks

Also, I was delivered 3 different ranges due to defects inside oven at the manufacturing plant. I hope this one will last 25 yrs. like my previous kitchen aid, although some parts/materials seem a bit lite weight. The racks inside oven are heavy weight (awkward ), but not all alike???
