I bought this when we built our house two years ago. We were busy, so I didn't cook much the first year and assumed the issues I was having (food burning on lower settings than I was used to) were due to me getting used to a new, better cooktop. Not sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought over a month ago. Having trouble with timing for cooking. Have not used convection as I never used before with my other oven. Did use the aqua clean. It does clean well but the problem is the excess water. Next time I use will cut the water to 1 3/4 .

Junk!!!!

Junk junk junk ! The 3 6 9 buttons work when they want too . The front left burner stays on a high heat. After using the oven, the fan stays running for HOURS ! I unfortunately bought a side by side refrigerator same make and it’s junk ! First one was worked on several times by repairman, then had to be replace and the second one was is junk . At the same time I bought a dish washer so everything would match and guess what ?? Yeap it’s JUNK , if had to be replaced after the first time trying...

Overall great range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very pleased with all the features except the convection as it doesn’t seem to work as well as my prior stove from a different brand. Seems convection is more sensitive and doesn’t work consistently for the same recipe, time cooking varied so will need to work with that more to get it figured out.

Professional look and feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek professional look. Very large feeling oven with 3 racks. I like the low temperature self cleaning mode. The Even Heat Ultra burner is incredibly fast with boiling water. Love having the knobs to the front.

Consistent quality and reliability

Oven is fine, cook top leaves a lot to be desired

I have to resort to the razor blade almost daily which of course will eventually lead to scratches. I am hoping this will be something that is covered under warranty. I have had the stove for only 3 months.

Terrible Range!

The exterior surface temperature rise is this oven is not compliant the UL 858 safety standard for acceptable temperature rise on bare or painted metal. Only 14 Months Old And Quit Working! Not Happy!

We bought this range 14 months ago and realized really quickly that the keys were very sensitive and error codes were constantly coming up. We would hit clear and everything was fine. Now the error codes are back and hitting cancel does nothing. Had a repairman out who basically said it’s too expensive to fix and to buy a new one. My mom has dementia and I take care of her so we don’t have a lot of money to just buy a new one. It’s 14 months old so this shouldn’t have happened it should’ve laste...

Disappointed

But the electric top is showing "bubbles" under the coating and we were told this is a cosmetic issue and no covered under warranty. The over takes 35 minutes to pre-heat to 350 degrees. We have been told this is acceptable. We live at sea level and baking items takes longer than the recipe time indicated. We had the tech come out under a warranty service call and he said all of the above. Disappointing because ...

Kitchenaid always on their game !

I did not find one in stock locally to look at...so I looked at online and I hesitated for awhile. I am extremely happy with this range. I cook a lot! And it has all the features I wanted. Kitchenaid does not disappoint.
