Great stove

Good cause for high expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new range with "boil bake' feature is great! The KitchenAid slide-in it replaced I had for 20 years. I would still have if they made replacement parts for the burner control circuits. My only disappointment is that KitchenAid no longer offers the same easy to clean slide-in style that blended into the countertop. The KitchenAid microwave, refrigerator, and 5-quart stand mixer I bought at the same time as the old stove are still in service. ...

exceptional range

Very good but one noticeable disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range about a month ago, replacing a Bosch range that we replaced due to age and style. New KitchenAid is almost exactly what we were looking for, great style, quality feel, and really sharp looking. We bought 2 SatinGlide Max Racks which were not included with this model, in our opinion, one of these should be included in the KitchenAid line, I think it used to be but probably was eliminated in order to conceal price increase....

No quality control any more

Purchased this range with my new home upgraded package. Top burners never worked correctly. Triple burner when set to a medium setting would run on high and never would cycle on and off. We had 5 attempts to repair this issue, replacing the same parts over and over again with the same result. The wire harnesses were replaced; the switch was replaced 4 times; the burner was replaced twice and yes they were coming out for the 6th time to replace the wire harness and burner again. I like the range but buzzer need to be louder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range a month ago. It is a beautiful appliance but it takes a long time to preheat and the buzzer is not very loud when it has reached the baking temperature or when the timer has finished.

New range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Kitchenaid range for about a month, and I love it! I love the variety of burner heat levels and sizes. the burners heat quickly. I've also used the warmer and it was awesome to have available while still cooking on other burners.

Still excited and learning key operations...

My old stove was gas and the handle to open the oven door would unexpectantly come off from time to time. I appreciate the options available to cook and warm food and the ease of cleaning the glass stovetop. I look forward to tryingall the new features… convection, steam cooking, and use of AI to control cooking functions.

Modern look and feel

The cooktop seems a lot HOTTER than my old coil burner one-- for example, Medium setting is like High on old one. The main issue is it takes a LONG time for the burners to cool down--like 10 minutes+, so have to be very careful around them. The oven is roomy and getting used to all the controls. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So disappointed in this range the cooktop is already scratched from just placing a pot and moving where it belongs on burner. So disappointed! Thought maybe if I purchased an upgrade to what I had would be better but not so! Stainless steel catches easily also. Not worth money in my opinion!!! 😡

Happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pretty pleased with my purchase! It looks gorgeous and seems to work well. The burners are hot! So that took some Getting used to. Also, it is pretty deep front to back so you will want to make sure there is no counter along the back wall. We will have to remove a section of the granite.

What a stove/oven should be!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the looks as well as performance of this range. My only suggestion would be to put a “clear bra” type of coating on top of the stainless panel at the front. That area is very prone to scratches caused by cookware.

Hot Stove even on Simmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new range. Huge oven with 3 baking racks. The heat variability of the burners and broiler are great. Steam baking is a great feature especially when baking cheesecakes. The only drawback so far is that it takes a long time to preheat the oven.

Would Not Recommend

I don't like having to logon to my computer in the middle of cooking and scroll through pages whenever I have a question about the temperature. I keep burning things. Also, it takes an extremely long time for the oven to heat. I'm not sure of what placement for the racks for different things. The stainless panel for the knobs should be the type ...
