Nice Looking Stove

It's taken a little time to get used to the burners, but I do like the 3 way burner feature so you can use any size pan on it. The reason I only gave 4 stars is due to the cooktop surface itself. I had a Jenn Air stove for 20+ years and never had any issues cleaning the cooktop surface. The surface on this new stove looked bad after the first use. Attractive Stove with Some Quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m still learning about this stove. Not everything has been great. For example, when I tried to stop the timer the oven was turned off…in the middle of preparing a holiday meal. Also, I need to be careful when wiping the stove top…it’s very easy to turn features on accidentally.

Sleek look

Not Reliable. There should be “Lemon laws”.

We purchased this range as part of a suite because we had to purchase a new refrigerator when our previous one quit unexpectedly. While the dishwasher and microwave have been trouble-free with routine recommended care, the range has been a problem. In the 7 years we have had it, the fan had had to be replaced yearly because it quickly becomes unbearably noisy then quits altogether due to bad bearings. Must have addiction to a new oven install.

Great but scratches easily

Since purchasing the range, our food is coming out better, both on the top of the range and from the oven. I attribute this to more even cooking vs our previous range that was 15 years old. Not a 10 out of 10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven takes too long to heat up. I like the fact that I can cook on several racks at the same time. The burners are too hard to operate. I guess too many options. Not unhappy just need to get comfortable with it.

Hard to manage.

Purchased a year ago. Seldom use the oven-go to my countertop oven- because this range takes forever to heat to temperature Also hard to set elements to correct temperature. OK for boiling water.

Great features. Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the range about a month ago and so far it's been great. The controls are easy to understand and use, though we are still learning about some features. We are still getting a feel for some settings because the range heats up so much faster than our old unit. The oven is huge and easily handled our holiday meals. The only complaint I have is over the lack of documentation coming with the range.

Where’s the user manual?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #1 item that is a disappointment is the lack of a user manual. Yes, I know I can find one on line but why can’t you put a printed one with the appliance? I’m still learning the temperature settings of the burners. Adjust, adjust, adjust!!! I do like the convection choice for the oven. I find the dial controls easy to leave on after cooking on the stove top…not good.

Defective Oven

I essentially received a defective product as my oven was inoperable within a week, the day before Thanksgiving . I am now pending a second visit from a service technician in an attempt to fix the issue. The first attempt was unsuccessful and it seems that my Christmas gathering will follow the same fate as Thanksgiving. I have a full suite of KitchenAid appliances and sought to purchase KitchenAid...

Irregular burner heating

I like the large burner but the 3x setting isn’t accurate with center running on high even though I have 3x set on low or medium. I have burned everything using this setting. Also, the instructions do not speak to using burners. Disappointed

Other than the above issues generally a good range

Great replacement
