Great oven but door doesn’t close smoothly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given this a 5 but there is something weird about the way the door closes. It does not close smoothly but tends to move slightly to the right and then closes. It may be that the install was not done correctly I don’t know. I cooked my first thanksgiving turkey in it this year using the convection bake and the turkey was beautiful and delicious. Love the air fry also.

Lowe's wall oven purchase

Disaster. Know that for Lowes to honor repair you MUST buy an extended warranty whereby commissions are earned, or use a Lowe's credit card, or have their installers install the product (kickback). If you feel you have to return the product for whatever reason, you MUST do so within 48 hours from delivery. I bought a wall oven that after 3 weeks would not brown items such as muffins. I contacted Lowe's twice at the appliance section and once personally to customer service. All said the party l...

Caution !!!

So I have had this just over a week it was fine and now it is not. Had to call the store to get the 3rd party number and information. Now I get to wait again. It seems to be a nice oven but ......

Careful! This oven is not SMART. No app control.

Just purchased this oven and was disappointed to learn that it is not "Smart" and does not offer app control even though the specifications say it works with an app and supports alexa. Very disappointing. I would not have purchased this oven (And the other appliances to go with it) had I know. Kitchenaid, please fix your specs.

Great oven

This is a top of the line unit and it shows. It's a little pricey, but you get what you paid for.

Beautiful oven, bakes great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven looks great installed and it seems to bake really well. The only issue is a little bit on fit and finish. The door looks like it cants out slightly. Probably not noticeable to most, but when you have a new anything installed you scrutinize it.

Very poor operation instructions

No explanation of use of controls. I had to go to a Kitchenaide dealer and borrow a document to copy so we could operate the oven

Beautiful Design But . . .

We purchased two of the 24 inch wall ovens and each was defective. The second repairman told us to never use the self-cleaning feature. In both ovens, once the set temperature was reached the oven would not maintain the cooking temperature and would cool down. Replaced thermocouples and had wiring altered in attempt to fix with no success. These ovens look great, but something is wrong with their temperature controls.

Inner window shattered during self cleaning mode

The inner glass of the oven door shattered the first time the self cleaning mode was used. We bought the oven 2 years and 9 months ago. We used the self cleaning mode yesterday, following the instructions on the KitchenAide web site. About 3 hours into the cleaning cycle, the inner glass pane of the oven door shattered. Some of the fragments fell through the vents onto the kitchen floor.

No Owner's Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually really like the wall oven. However, it did not come with an owner's manual. This model includes an air fryer. I've never used an air fryer and would very much like to know how to use it. Too bad I can't look it up in an owner's manual. Online, I've only been able to find information about your counter top air fryer. Help please?

Beautiful Stainless Steel oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this KitchenAid wall oven, with the soft closing door. It was very easy to install, and easy to use. We tried the Air Fry mode to make sweet potato fries, and they were delicious. With two oven lights, its much brighter than my old oven.

Lowes was extremely helpful when purchasing this.

It is so easy to use and looks great in our kitchen.
