GREAT OVEN, WORST SUPPORT EVER ENCOUNTERED

Also, when I tried to return an additional part, the website insisted that there was no account attached to my email address! I'm a happy baker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After installation my first use was a loaf of sourdough bread. The temp was spot on, the interior lights are the best I've had, and the roller shelf is the bomb.

Size matters

I can't say anything about the oven, it hasn't been installed yet. We had the person at Lowe's check to see if it would fit the current opening and we were told it would. The installers came out and said it won't fit, the oven is too big. Now we have to get someone out to hopefully modify the current cabinet. If it can't be modified then we'll have to figure out how to return the oven we bought, pay another fee, and get an oven that fits, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! More money, nothing like being n...

High Quality

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had my KitchenAid wall oven for just over a month. This is the best oven I have ever had. Even though it's only a 27" all oven I am able to fit 2 one dozen muffin tins side by side, which I was not able to in the previous 27" oven. The controls are very easy to use, the heat is even and the new to me features, like air fry mode work great!

Horrible oven temperature variance of up to 50°

What we HATE is the temperature variance of up to 50° on the cooking temperature which makes the oven very hard to use. When baking items such as cakes and muffins you need exact temperature so they bake evenly and brown on the top, not come out pale and hard. bought this oven in aug 2024, and we already had it serviced the week it was installed for error messages. we are starting to have the same issue again. i would not recommend this oven.

Inaccurate difficult to use oven

We bought this new in January, 2025. It is t5he worst oven we have ever seen. The convect function is slow and the oven temperature shown is very inaccurate! An air fryer function is advertised, but this is really a joke--it takes a half hourTo preheat the oven! The Kitchenaid serviceman said it was how the oven was designed, and he would not recommend we use any convect function! The inaccurate oven temperature is a nonstarter. Great oven, quiet timer!

Great oven
