Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this to replace a 30 year old Whirlpool oven. I did not realize how outdated the old oven was til we started using this one! No more burnt on top and not done in middle rolls. This one seems to preheat quicker and cooks everything more even. We've had it a month now and extremely pleased so far!

Very dissatisfied
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I set the oven for a temperature that is stated in a recipe, the food takes up to 20% longer to cook compared to the suggested time in the recipe and the time I have used previously on the same recipe. This is worse when there is more than one cookie sheet in the oven. I checked the temperature via an oven thermometer, which provided an accurate temperature but I am unsure why this oven is so slow. The convection is worthless; the dish too...

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new oven…nice features. The one thing I have noticed is the amount of heat which comes from the vent at the bottom of the oven. Feels good when the weather is cold, but may be extremely uncomfortable in warmer weather.

Beautiful KitchenAid Wall Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I looked at wall ovens for several months. We chose this KitchenAid wall oven and after about six weeks of use, we are so happy with this one. It a convection oven with an air fryer and is beautiful and easy to use.

Poor Customer service
Would Not RecommendWe have dealt with the uneven oven heating. What is worse is their customer service. We started getting error codes after the warranty period. I went to order a new touch pad (Which isn't cheap >$500). They do not reply to emails (Somehow they get lost). They do not call back. You can chat if you are patient. I'll probably steer away from Whirlpool/Kitchenaid due to this.

Review of single wall oven.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Just glad to have an oven that fits the custom space that heats to temperature! The timer sound is so soft, it is hard to hear and I cannot find any way to reset to louder. The manual is quite skimpy on how to use. Mostly installation guidlines.
