Great brand. We really like shopping for appliances at the Bend Lowe’s. We’ve bought several through them and the sales people are friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure they get every question Answered.

I’ve been away. hubby has been using it , and it’s still working so I think it’s a keeper Be sure to run it on high on all three burners i.e. heating elements until the odors are burned off

Terrible, inaccurate oven.

Unfortunately it is the worst oven ever, with very inaccurate temperatures, useless primitive settings, and air fryer that doesn't work, and user-unfriendly controls. The unit was designed by someone who never had to bake anything. Why include an air fryer button that doesn't let you know when the oven is preheated? Why have a "rapid" preheat option for convection bake that doesn't heat any faster t...

No Blue interior nor Wi-Fi as stated

The product specificstion are not correct. This is NOT a smart oven with Wi-Fi nor does it have the blue interior. The store model had the blue interior.

The sale department need to know the product

I like the quality finishing, the sleet design of the stainless stee l and after purchase and installing i read about the blue enamel concerns on chipping, however i trust the Kitchen Aide company their are known for their durability product.

No Wi-FI

disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far am not that happy with my oven. The door flops down on the left side when closing, Also just used the oven to bake something and to my surprise hot air was blowing out from the bottom of the oven door.

Emblems not centered

Terrific oven and great service from Lowe’s

Great oven. Air fry and convection work great. After installing, obvious that door had been damaged and bent with a crease in the stainless steel. Installer immediately called to get a work order to re-replace the oven. Left the damaged but operational oven in place so we could cook until the replacement would arrive. This was terrific service from the third party installer as well as Lowe’s. Very impressed and pleased.

Poor instructions especially regarding probe

BUYER BEWARE

I can't belive I spent all that money on an oven that won't get up to temperature. I called the salesmen and was told that's how it works. WHAT? It works by not getting to temp? Even after calibration, it's still off. At 425, it will barley get to 300. I have a brand new temperature gage inside. What a crappy product. With no recourse for me and no help from the store! Spend your money elsewhere.

installation

The installation of wall Oven is fine. However, we have a question about the disconnection charge of about $101 for our old wall oven. We thought this charge is included in the haul away service. Beside, we were not told in advance!

Great product

The install was easy and has worked great for the month we have used. The air fryer function has made it much easier than the small countertop air fryers

Love the look, features to match!

Exactly what I was hoping for and more. The included probe was an added bonus as we cook a lot to specific temperatures. The air frying feature is the hidden gem though. It heats so quickly and cooks quickly too. It allowed us to get rid of our countertop air fryer. The sliding rack is the cherry on top for convenience. Overall just incredibly pleased.

The blue color looks fantastic

A Black Friday Special.

Works great. The oven was a special and advertised at $1249 but was charged $1649 at checkout. Lowe’s over charged me $400 on Black Friday but we still like the oven.
