[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second KitchenAid toaster because the first one only toasted on one side KitchenAid sent me a new one the biggest problem with this toaster is it seems to take a very long time to toast a piece of bread and I particularly don’t like the alarm that goes off but that’s just me but it does take a considerable amount of time to toast about twice as long as my old toaster but I still like KitchenAid products but I don’t think I would buy...

Ok product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have other great kitchen aid products. In comparison the quality of this toaster is less as temperature lever function is sensitive and temperature dial is hard to gauge browning.

2 slice toaster

Refurbished looks like new

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refurbished toaster to replace an old, different brand of toaster. It arrived quickly and looks like a new. It has extra wide slots and a bagel setting ( to toast outer side more than inner ). We don't eat a lot of bagels so haven't tried it. However, it works for our toast. We use only the "1" setting, up to 5 settings available but anything higher than 1 burns the toast. Maybe would work differently if it were brand new? ...

Easy to use

Disappointing

Bought for a gift for daughter and busy young family to replace old toaster that burned toast. Same thing even in the lowest setting. Have to return

Buyer Beware: Don't waste your money!

As some have said if I could give this toaster no stars I would. I don't often do reviews but I wanted to let others know how bad this toaster performs. This toaster has been on the decline since the first piece of toast. The lever was difficult to push down initially and now it no longer stays down at all. We now stand there 5 minutes holding it down, hoping the blue light comes on and actually toasts. The uneven and burnt toasting is a secondary problem. I have numerous Kitchen Aid products wh...

Worst toaster, EVER

On the lowest setting, this toaster burns one side of the toast while unevenly browning the other side. Seriously? It had one simple job. And this toaster beeps when finished burning your toast. A wholly unnecessary feature that startled the cat. At any rate, the product has since been returned for a refund.

Burns everything

Bought this for my family. It burns bread on lowest setting.
