manual lift lever

Very disappointing. :(

Bought this around Christmas as our other toaster died after 11 years. Thought we’d go with Kitchenaid since I love my mixer and other small appliances. This toaster does not live up to the Kitchenaid name. Setting 1 is way too light and more like warm bread. Setting 2 is dark and hinging on burnt. Setting 3 is charred. There is no medium setting. Don’t know what 4 or 5 would be! Hubby lost the receipt or I’d have returned it right away. Have to use the 1 setting, press it again and wat...

Didn't last that long

Looks nice but quit working after only a year and a half. Also need to keep on low settings or it burns.

Stainless Steel Toaster 2-Slice Toaster

Great toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used this toaster was for frozen waffles for my kids and they were cooked perfectly! In my old toaster I would have to cook the waffles on both sides.

burnt toast

Really disappointed with this unit. The toasting is very uneven - too dark in some spots, too light in others, and always burnt on the top. I hate burnt toast! Also don't like unnecessary bells and buzzers, especially if you can't turn them off.
