Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this toaster for a few weeks and really like it for toasting thick and thin bread and bagels. It has a nice chime to remind you when your toast is done. It is easy to clean and looks nice on the counter.

Found a Work Around
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biggest problem is it toasts one side of the bread much more than the other side ( practically nothing but warms it). My work around is I put the setting on #1, toast one side, then flip and do the same on the other side. Works well, but why should I have to do that?

It does not bother my husband as he cooks English muffins mostly. I was frustrated but have come up with a solution I can live with. I toast one side on #1, then I flip the bread and toast the other side on #1. Comes out pretty perfect that.

Quality Control
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a working KitchenAid toaster with this on, to see if it would toast more evenly. Not bad in toasting but it went into permanent bagel mode, only toasting one side. It was replaced under warranty with no issue. Suggest you buy better components or shift manufacturing location.

Perfectly Toasted Toast!

I like that it beeps when the toast is done, so that the I can butter it while the toast is still warm. I use it daily, so I leave it on the countertop and it looks nice. If you are considering this toaster, don’t hesitate!

Didn’t need anything fancy with a variety of toasting options. Well, toasting is uneven. The top of the slices are much darker than the bottoms on every setting. It’s a toaster and it fails to evenly toast bread. I do not recommend this item. It is not worth the cost. I expected much more from this “brand”. I was wrong. Don’t make the same mistake.
