Amazing convection microwave
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier. Best feature is the quiet close door! Cooks amazingly. Convection works like a charm. Presets are easy to use. Does a great job on baked items like bread. Way way better than my old Dacor.

Poor Quality
Would Not RecommendI purchased in wall Kitchen Aid Microwave and oven at the same time. Both have been a total disappointment. The oven had to be replaced after several weeks. Now both are not working again. And, we have only had the replacement and microwave in the house now for 2 weeks. Problem with the digital input panel on both - original and replacement models.
Worst and Most Expensive Microwave
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. I get an error message from time to time. It will only correct if I short-circuit the line. Customer service at KitchenAid has not given me a new one, they will now send a technician out for the second time in a month. Clearly, I have a lemon and they don't care. Never again. Their products look pretty--but pretty much don't work.

A Built-In Lemon
Would Not RecommendI purchased this as part of a new KitchenAid suite and have had numerous repairs to it, including the repeated replacement of computer boards. It has currently been out of service for 3 months this time, despite multiple visits from appliance repair firms. I ended up buying a cheap countertop microwave. The appliance is less than 2 years old. The computer board is backordered - nobody, either at KitchenAid or any repair subcontractor, can give a date for its repair. Frankly, I think they all hop...
