Good machine if expensive, but support is poor

Instead of providing the pan, Kitchen Aid makes you register your appliance. I did so, received the confirmation e-mail for the registration, but as of this moment (6 weeks later), I still have not received the pan or any confirmation that it is coming. Great Features, Solid Build

I am happy with the improvements KitchenAide has made with better door hinges, touch controls and additional features like Steam Cook. There are more feature-rich combo microwaves out there for a much higher price, but for my needs, this unit is a solid choice
