A product you won't want to do without.

Love, love, love this machine. Saves on waiting time for the water to get hot coming from the house water heater when washing dishes. Have my coffee, soup, etc... in 10 seconds. Saves boiling time on the stove. It is the 3rd one I have owned.

Needed replacement after 5 years!!!

Loved my hotwater dispenser - until the filter ruptured and I had to purchase another on after only 5 years!!! Very disappointed!!! Plus they are expensive!

Great for fast hot tea or soups

I have a 85 year old mom, wish loves her tea , what I love is i don't have to hear the whistle of the tea Cayley. Helps to cook faster to.

Love it!

This is my first hot water dispenser, and wow, why did I wait so long? I use it every day and love it. It was installed by a plumber the same time as my new countertops/sink/garbage disposal. Glad it was included for no extra charge as he had to go to local hardware store to get longer tubing and said it was a really tight fit under the sink. I hope it lasts at least 5-8 years as others have mentioned.

So far I'm very happy to have purchased the InSinkerater Hot Water Tap for my kitchen. It is easy to operate and recovers hot water quickly. I'm looking forward to having it for the 5 years I've been promised (warranty) without having many or any problems with it or the in-home service plan (warranty) with which I purchased to extend the life of my product. Only time will tell if my confidence is well placed.

Really Hot Product

This is the second unit that we have owned. We used it all the time in our home in Texas and when we moved, one of the first things that we did was buy another hot water unit. The instant hot water faucet is great for cleaning, cooking or sterilizing items when extremely hot water is called for. Would buy this product again if we ever move.

We love Insinkerator!

We love our Insinkerator! This is one of the most used appliances that we purchased recently when we remodeled our kitchen. We make hot drinks, heat thermoses, defrost frozen sauces, and cook with the instant hot water all the time. It was easily installed, and quick to set up and use.

Great product! Laborous installation.

The tank is quite large and the installation was taxing. Had to remove the garbage disposal just to be able to have access to space needed to secure it to the inner cabinet.I was fortunate that once the tank was secured and all the lines were attached that the disposal had just enough room to get re-attached to its collar. It took me several hours from start to finish though I am an old man and don't bend and stoop like I did years ago. I have had several of the "OLD" Hot-1 models in the past an...

Works extremely well and provides instant hot water as specified. This is our third in multiple homes. Love it.

Love this product

This is the 3rd one of these we have had. All have been problem free. They tend to last about 8 years, but the convenience far over weighs the price of replacing. Liked the twist top design over this new push lever. Make sure you measure clearance to backsplash as in the directions with this design handle.

Faucet operation flimsy

The new faucet seems flimsy. It does not stop immediately, always running a bit after releasing the lever. The faucet on the old model was sturdier an operated with more certaointy

Super Product

I had a Dispenser for 7 years and it died, bought the same model to replace the old one. My wife was lost without it for the months we were without it.She would give TV, before she will go with a Hot Water Dispenser the next time.

I had a plummer install this since other reviews scared me off of trying to do it myself which turned out to be true. But I love having it and use it every day. It was a surprise for my husband and he is also very happy to have it.

I love hot water at my fingertips. I disposed of my kettle

This product is very basic and provides tea temperature water immediately, no fuss, no muss. It is perfect for what I want. I do not have a kettle taking up space, nor do I need one. Whether it is filling my hot water bottle on those chilly nights or brewing a nice hot cup of tea, the gratification is immediate. I recommend this lifestyle of ease and this product to get you there.

We have had Insinkerators for a long time for instant hot water. They unfortunately do not last more than 3-4 years before the tank goes. The faucet parts last a very long time. We put granite countertops in and it turns out that the old spout has too short of a threaded base to make it through the granite as opposed to a thin metal sink, so we decided to go with a new unit. I do know they sell plastic extensions for about $20 but old one was chrome and we are slowly going over to Brushed Nickel...

Our Second

We are replacing our hot water dispenser which after five years started leaking and could not be repaired. This is the model we are replacing and since we like it so well, we have chosen to install the same dispenser again. Installation was a bit problematic because the copper line was to short and hubby had to add to it. Otherwise it was an easy install. We find we can't live without a hot water dispenser, once you have one it becomes a necessity and you wonder what you did before having one...
