Works great. Making a cup of tea has never been easier. Also nice for a quick cleansing if some utensils.

Very stylist

Replaced a 20 year old insinkerator hot and cold water faucet. Opted to do hot only this time because we did not use the cold that often. Love this new one, very easy to install ourselves, only took about 1.5 hours (had to remove old one).

Great customer service

Have had Instant Hot Water in several houses and love it. So many uses. Insinkerator is a good one and they have great customer service.

Great product but the handle is flimsy.

The product works great but the handle construction is really flimsy. The handle is not very well attached at the pivot point so I am always concerned it is going to break.

Nice look, ease of installation.

This is the 3rd unit since 2010. I get about 3 years of everyday use before the tank leaks. The first replacement unit was covered under warranty but was explained by the “warranty dept” that the next replacement would have to be installed by a Professional Plumber. Insinkerator is very useful in cooking

I like the insinkerator very much. They didn't leave enough 1/4" copper water line. I had to add to it to make it work. I would recommend it.

Great Product!

Love this disposal unit. It is SUPER QUIET. It operates very quickly and easy to use. This was recommended to us by our contractor. We would buy it again!

Love having instant hot water

Our last house had one of these and we it quickly became a "must have". Had it professionally installed, it was a tight fit and we couldn't put it exactly where we wanted. It works great and we use it for hot tea constantly. We use it for other hot beverages, making couscous, loosening stuck jar lids...

Model is much quieter than the older model

took some time to install. Had to shop for fittings, but were available at the local hardware store

Gives me what I want

I want hot water for various reasons and the unit provides that for me

It’s fine but not exemplary

The only complaint is that the water dispenses too slow. I will need to go back and check the connections- my wife complains so I have to do something -otherwise its fine. It replaces an old whirlpool that I had which dispensed water at at least twice the flow rate.

About every hour or so the unit heats up the water and I can hear it across the room, even though it is under my sink with the cabinet doors closed. Great design and elegant functionality

I had an earlier model InSinkErator hot water dispenser decades ago. When we built our new house 15 years ago we figured with the convenience of the microwave oven we didn’t need to put one in our new home. I love it

I just got my kitchen counters redone, and got a new sink. While I was at it, I thought "why not get one of those instant hot water thingies?" As you might imagine, it's my favorite part of the kitchen. Being a tea drinker, I can make one cup instantly--or a pot, instantly.

HOT!

While I haven't used this hot water dispenser too much this summer, when I have used it, it works great! The water comes out very hot!

Good product, horrible instructions

I ordered a replacement for my old product which died. Unfortunately the company seems to have changed the faucet shaft so it was a real nightmare to install myself. The instructions are in tiny print in several different languages. In order to replace the faucet I had to have a granite driller come and enlarge the countertop hole —- then all went well. A perfect addition to my kitchen

Our older instant hot water dispenser had stopped working so we called our favorite plumber. He recommended we check out the InSinkErator models and this has been a wonderful choice. It works perfectly and looks perfect with our other kitchen faucet.

Put in new home

Had an Insinkerator in my old home for 30 years and replaced it once. Now I have built a new home and had to have another. So convenient to have hot water on demand for coffee or Rahman noodles.
