Prior product was junk, poor dispenser design and operation

Replaced prior dispenser because of wife's demand. Prior product had poor design and performance with faucet. New replacement failed to fill and dispense water, had to be replaced after two days. Two poor experiences with your product, not worth cost.

I missed my instant hot water dispenser very much for the week or so that it was out of order.

I have had this model inSinkErator for several years. My son worked on the phone with one of your reps to determine whether the problem was with the faucet or the tank. It was the faucet and my son was able to install it. He found it pretty simple but said that if it had been the tank he could not have done the installation himself. I have been very satisfied with the instant hot dispenser and I also have an InsikErator garbage disposal. Both appliance have been good additions to my kitchen.

Quick to install

This was easy to install and dispenses hot water quickly. I love it!

Great way to have instant hot water

It provides hot water at adjustable temperature settings and its small size fits under the sink without taking up a lot of the storage space. It is fun to hear it gurgle when its heating the water too.

Good produce

Have had this one since 2009. It works great and we love it but it doesn't last long this is the second one we have had. I think it should last longer for the price. This one just all of a sudden stopped putting out hot water. Water comes out it just isn't hot any longer. I guess the element went out. We have checked everything else.

great for hot tea and instant oatmeal

I drink green tea everyday all day. I just love this dispenser. Don't want to live without it now. I once heated my tea water in the microwave. Not anymore. This is so easy

Better model than prior ones.

Better features than prior models and easier to understand and use.

Great product, love the look of it also

Only complaint is that the water supply line was not long enough and I had to buy an extension to connect it to the cold water line...other than that, the rest was a breeze. Product works great!

The product is excellent when it works. However, this is our fourth replacement.

We have had an Insinkerator water heater in our kitchen sink since our house was built in late 1999. However, each has expired within a few months after the three year warranty expired. We have purchased replacements because we could find nothing else that is comparable and that would fit into the existing sink space. A more durable product would be much more useful. Probably not worth the money we've spent over the years.

New and improved design and performance

This was a replacement for a very similar unit we purchased over 15 years ago. We use this daily so needed a very similar style and function. This unit is even better as it is much more quiet, has a smoother operation and flow, as well as a larger tank. My plumber took only 15 minutes to change out the old unit. Two suggestions: Offer it in white (many of us still have that color scheme) and warn folks like us that live in the mountains at 8000 feet in elevation that water boils at a lower temp,...

Instant Hot Water Heater

We have had one of these in our second house for 15 years and my wife wanted this for our normal home. With the electrical system/outlet under the sink with two wires plus ground, I also got the switch box for our insinkerator garbage disposal that made the insinkerator instant hot water heater be on continuously while the garbage disposal switch with air pressure button. That switch is really great to have by the sink.

tea lover's delight

Great for a cup of hot tea, getting water to boil on the stove quicker for pasta,eggs, corn on cob and more. It does make some noise while heating water periodically and it does take up more space under the sink (which required the trash can To be turned sideways ).

Good looking device

Have used these for many years. Water is as hot as you want it to be. Nice looking unit.

It works great

The product works as expected. The installation was simple enough but the water line should be longer. I had to add copper water line to reach my water supply. This added expense and time to the installation .

The best hot water dispenser purchased

This hot water dispenser has a very nice look to it and takes up very little room on the counter by the sink. It is quiet and dispenses great hot water for lots of daily uses, my favorite is for my morning hot tea. Really perfect for my style taste and kitchen.

Quality design and delivers hot water instantly

In the short time we've had it the hot water delivery is better than expected. The unit is attractive and the handle ergonomically comfortable.

Had to run quite a bit of water through it to get the foul taste out. The first dozen or so cups of water had this bad tawste

Hot Water Dispenser

This is the second home where I have had a hot water dispenser. (No problems with either model) This particular home I installed it and it has been in place for almost 4 years...no problems! I do turn the thermostat down when i am out of town. I love the convenience of having boiling water for hot tea, grits, oatmeal, etc. I love this appliance!

Involve H Wave Not as Advertised!

This unit, while reasonably priced, does not match up to all the hype in the advertising. It is NOT easy to install unless everything is just perfect, including the size of the hole. Mine is exactly 1 ½ inch, yet the faucet almost would not go down through it. Trying to connect everything is a chore and it greatly depends exactly on where you place it on the back cabinet wall underneath the sink.
